David G. Carrick

Chief Financial Officer, Clarien Bank Limited

Mr. Carrick, a Bermudian, is a founding member
of Clarien Group Limited and was appointed EVP,
Chief Financial Officer of Capital G Bank Limited on
January 23, 2012. Mr. Carrick has extensive leadership
experience gained in a range of corporate environments
over 25 years in the financial services industry. Prior
to joining Capital G Bank Limited, Mr. Carrick served
as Corporate Controller, SVP Finance for Butterfield
Bank. Mr. Carrick has also served as Chief Accounting
Officer for Scottish Re Group Limited and Head of
Finance for Bank of Bermuda Limited. Mr. Carrick is
responsible for the Clarien Group’s accounting, finance
and operations functions. Mr. Carrick, originally from
Scotland, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting
& Finance from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, and
is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants
of Scotland.

Robert Flohr

Chief Corporate Development Officer, Clarien Bank Limited

One of the founders of Clarien Group Limited, Bob has
served as a senior advisor to several private investment
firms in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the USA.
As an advisor, he recently worked with the board of a
leading regional bank in the Middle East on a major
restructuring program. He also advised a European
private investment group regarding an acquisition
in the financial services sector. Previously, Bob was a
Senior Advisor and partner at Heidrick & Struggles
in London and a member of its global Financial
Services Practice. He also served as a senior advisor
to the boards of three major banks during periods
of corporate restructuring. Bob’s senior experience
includes a number of years at a global executive search
firm, where he headed the financial services practice
for Europe. He began his consulting career with
McKinsey and Company. Bob is a graduate of Princeton
University where he also served as an Assistant Dean of
Admissions and Academic Advisor.

Zoran Fotak


Formerly with St. George Asset Management, Zoran is
one of Clarien Group Limited’s founders, with more
than 25 years of senior financial services experience.
He has served as Managing Director and COO of
EMEA Emerging Markets for Credit Suisse (Europe)
Ltd. in London. He started his career at the Royal
Bank of Canada in Toronto then moved to RBC World
Markets in 1991 to become VP and Head of Structured
Finance in the investment bank. He joined Merrill
Lynch first as Managing Director and Head of Debt
Syndicate for Canada, then in New York, where he
served as Managing Director and Global Head of Loan
Portfolio Management. In London, Zoran was in charge
of EMEA business development with Merrill Lynch
International. Returning to New York, he took on
successive roles as Managing Director and COO of the
Global Rates, Currencies and Financing Group, Head
of the Global Fixed Income Asset Optimization Group,
President of Merrill Lynch Derivative Products AG, SVP
of Merrill Lynch Government Securities and a Director
of Merrill Lynch International Bank. Zoran received
a BA from St. Michael’s College at the University of
Toronto, and an MBA from the Schulich School of
Business at York University.

Mitchell Hedstrom


Mitchell is one of the founders of Clarien Group
Limited. He is a former Senior Advisor to the
Emerging Markets Group of Alliant Insurance, which
specializes in assessing, quantifying and transferring
risk for Global 1,000 companies in markets facing
unusual levels of political and economic uncertainty.
Previously, he served as Managing Director and
Business Risk Executive at TIAA-CREF. He was also
a consultant to the Bermuda Monetary Authority in
the implementation of the Basel-II Accord from 2007
to 2008. Mitchell’s experience includes many years
and roles with Citigroup. With the firm’s Institutional
Recovery Management Department, he helped evaluate
and restructure various problem loans around the
world. Subsequently he was a Chief Trust Officer,
the Chief Fiduciary Officer at Citigroup Private Bank
and a board member of its offshore trust company in
the Bahamas. Mitchell is a Certified Insolvency and
Restructuring Advisor and a member of the Council on
Foreign Relations based in New York City. He received
his undergraduate degree from Northeastern University
and his MS from the Sloan School, Massachusetts
Institute of Technology.

Keith Stock

Chairman, Clarien Bank Limited

A founder of Clarien Group Limited, Keith is Chairman
of Clarien Bank Limited. He also serves as Senior
Executive Advisor with The Brookside Group and
Brookside Equity Partners. Previously, he served as
Senior Managing Director and Chief Strategy Officer
of TIAA-CREF, President of MasterCard Advisors LLC,
Chairman and CEO of St. Louis Bank FSB, Chairman
of Treasury Bank, Ltd., and Managing Partner of First
Financial Partners Fund I, LP. Earlier in his career,
Keith served with McKinsey & Company, A.T. Kearney,
Capgemini, Ernst & Young and BNY Mellon. He has
contributed as an economic commentator and writer
to many news organizations including ABC, BBC,
Bloomberg, the Financial Times, The Economist, and
The Wall Street Journal.. A director of the Foreign
Policy Association, Independence Bancshares, Inc.,
Sun Bancorp, Inc. and Sun National Bank. Keith is
also a member of the Economic Club of New York, the
Advisory Board of the Institute for Ethical Leadership
at Rutgers Business School, and a registered securities
professional with J.V.B. Financial Group, LLC . He
received his undergraduate degree from Princeton
University and an MBA in finance from The Wharton
School, University of Pennsylvania.

Ian G. C. Truran

Co-Chief Executive Officer, Clarien Bank Limited

Mr. Truran is a founding member of Clarien Group
Limited and was appointed Co-Chief Executive Officer
of Capital G Bank Limited on December 31, 2013. Prior
to the amalgamation he held the position of President
and CEO of Capital G Bank Limited since May 2010.
Mr. Truran has worked in the banking industry for 21
years, 16 years of which in senior management roles.
Joining Capital G Bank Limited in 2001 as Senior Vice
President, Head of Credit Risk Management, Mr. Truran
was subsequently promoted to Executive Vice President
with oversight of Branch Banking, Private Banking,
Personal Lending, Business Banking, Credit Risk
Management and Compliance. Before joining Capital
G Bank Limited, Mr. Truran held senior positions with
the Bank of N.T. Butterfield & Son Limited within the
Credit Risk Management function until 2001, finally as
Senior Vice President of Private Banking. Mr. Truran
served as Executive Member of the Bermuda Chamber
of Commerce from 2006 until 2010 and is Vice President
of the Bermuda Equestrian Federation, a position he has
held since 2005.
Mr. Truran was appointed to the Board of Education
in September 2013 and is a current director and the
Treasurer of the International Charitable Foundation
of Bermuda. Mr. Truran graduated with a Bachelor
of Commerce from Dalhousie University in 1992 and
obtained a Diploma of Graduation from the Stonier
Graduate School of Banking and Wharton Leadership
Certificate from The Wharton School, both in June 2013.
